Please bring along a form of physical photo ID (driver's licence or passport only) to your appointment – a picture of your ID won't be accepted; failure to bring your driver's licence or passport will lead to the cancellation of your appointment, your treatment won't be carried out, and you will be required to pay 50% of the original price to rebook the appointment.

Please do not arrive any more than 10 minutes early for your appointment & for massages – no kids or plus ones are permitted at your appointment.

Before and after photos are taken for all treatments for insurance purposes; if you do not consent for your images to be used on our social media, they will NOT be used on social media or shown to other clients. If you do not want your picture to be taken for insurance purposes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be refunded.

You are unable to have any treatment if you have herpes or any infections. You also can't have active psoriasis or eczema in the treatment area.
